Lifetime analysis
The offshore oil and gas industry has been operating in the North Sea for the past 30 years, and as a result, many of the early platforms are approaching the end of their design life.
Any crane that has reached the end of its design life will require a safety justification for operation beyond its design life. Determination of the safety issues involved in identifying structural, mechanical and operational safety critical areas of the crane is a task where Axess can provide assistance.
