Learning and personal development
At Axess we believe that being part of a highly expert and motivating environment stimulates learning and personal development, and thus promotes a good working environment. That is why we have developed the Axess Competence Centre.
Outdoor activities
We encourage our employees to participate in outdoor activities because we believe this is part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Among facilities that are available to our employees are a boat, kayaks, cabins, water skis and free access to climbing and sports activities. This benefit is combined with flexible working hours.
Gatherings
In order to encourage activities in the local environment, we have several gatherings each year where employees and their families meet, for example, to go skiing, kayaking or fishing.

We take our social responsibility seriously by sponsoring various organizations in our local communities. Our ethical guidelines state that we are responsible for maintaining a high ethical standard in our daily work with respect to social responsibility, personal integrity, technical integrity, confidential information, respect and equality.
