Our goal is ZERO harm:

• No harmful or unintended spills to the environment
• No damage to material assets or financial losses

We reach our goals by always working according to our values. These are communicated through our HSE poster. HSE is always first on the agenda in Axess.

Check

We continually check our performance by monitoring the status of our Key Performance Indicators:

• Zero dropped objects
• Minimum 7 client meetings using video conference per month
• Employee presence more than 98%
• Minimum 2 improvement reports per employee per month

In our HSEQ system (intranet – accessible wherever we have internet access), the status of the key performance indicators is visible. A “traffic light” is associated with this information; the light is green when the status is ok, otherwise it is red. Improvement reports are easily entered directly into our improvement system via the intranet. The colour of the “traffic lights” is updated in real-time according to what is reported in the improvement system.

Improve

We carry out the measures that are necessary to make us even better through the improvement reporting system, the HSE activity plan, the audit plan, the experience transfer log and the HSE manual. Our own skills centre, AxComp, provides necessary training for employees, suppliers and clients.
